if your product turns out to be defective or damaged because of us then,we will return it through 360 degree unboxing parcel video. But the issue must be clear in the video.
The video should be made without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.

How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Order can be canceled as per your request within 60mins of order placed. On order cancellation 5% of the amount will be deducted as it gets charged by the payment gateway.

Initiated Refund for canceled order it takes time to settle the amount back in your account, depending on the payment mode which customer used while placing order:-
Refund via UPI: 24 – 48hrs.
Refund via Net Banking: 10-12 working days.
